WhatsApp bulk messaging service in Mysuru (Mysore)
Fauxigent Innovations LLP is a WhatsApp bulk messaging service in Kuvempu Nagara, Mysuru (Mysore). We set up the WhatsApp Business Platform for your business and send approved offers, reminders and updates to the customers who have agreed to hear from you, then handle the replies, so a broadcast turns into bookings and enquiries.
Bulk messaging on WhatsApp only works with permission, so most of the work is getting the permission, the message and the follow-up right. We also work with businesses in Mandya, Chamarajanagar, Hassan and Kodagu.
What bulk messaging on WhatsApp is, and is not
It is one approved message sent to many customers who asked to receive it: a festival offer, a new batch starting, a reminder that a service is due, a notice that your shop has moved.
It is not messaging a bought or scraped list of numbers. WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy says you may only contact people who have given you their number and have opted in to hear from you, and that a conversation you start must begin with a message template WhatsApp has approved. We do not set up campaigns that break that rule.
Where it earns its keep
Offers and festival greetings
An offer to the shoppers who joined your list, sent when they are thinking of buying: Dasara, Diwali, a sale weekend.
Appointment and renewal reminders
Confirmations and reminders to people who booked, which help clinics, salons and classes with missed appointments.
Updates that matter
A new menu, a changed timing, a batch that has started, a delivery on its way.
A note to past customers
A short message to people who opted in and have not been back for a while, with one clear reason to return.
Feedback after a visit
A message asking how it went, with a link to leave a Google review. It goes to every customer, not only the ones you expect to be happy, which is what Google's review policy expects.
How we run it
1. Set up the WhatsApp Business Platform
Your business number, display name and profile, set up for sending at volume. It works differently from the free Business app, and our guide to WhatsApp booking explains how.
2. Collect permission
A tick box on your website form, a click-to-chat link, a QR code at the counter, or a message the customer sends first. We record where and when each person opted in, and add an easy way to stop.
3. Write and submit the templates
WhatsApp approves each template before you can use it to start a conversation. We write them in plain language, in the language your customers use, and submit them.
4. Group your list and schedule the send
The right message to the right group at a sensible time, not everything to everyone.
5. Handle the replies
A reply opens a 24-hour window in which you can answer freely. We route replies to a person, or into your CRM, so nobody waits.
6. Report in plain words
What was sent and delivered, who replied, and how many became enquiries or bookings.
The rules, and what we do about them
Permission comes first
Having someone's number is not permission. The customer has to have agreed to receive messages from you on WhatsApp. We only send to people who have.
Approved templates
Outside the 24-hour window after a customer writes to you, you may only send approved templates. We plan the templates before the campaign.
Stopping means stopping
WhatsApp's policy requires you to respect a request to opt out. We build the stop route in and remove anyone who uses it.
Patient and customer details
Names and numbers are personal data. For clinics the care needed is greater, and our healthcare marketing page explains it.
These are the rules as we last read them in WhatsApp's own policy in 2026. They change, so we check the current version before every campaign.
What it costs
WhatsApp charges per message for the messages a business starts, and the rate depends on the type of message (marketing, utility or authentication) and the country. Its pricing page lists the current India rates in rupees. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes to you are free, and so are utility templates sent in that window.
Our own fee is quoted after a free first call, and we do not publish a price list. These are the things that change the number.
How many people and how often
A monthly note to a few hundred customers is a different job from weekly sends to thousands.
The type of message
Marketing messages cost WhatsApp's higher rate; reminders and confirmations are usually utility messages.
Set-up and templates
The number, the profile, the opt-in routes and the first set of templates.
Connecting your tools
Replies into a CRM or booking system take more work than a simple inbox.
Work you can check
We have not published results from bulk messaging campaigns, so there are no figures on this page and we will not borrow another project's. The closest published work is the WhatsApp booking automation we built for Sri ranga Ayurveda, part of a wider Meta and Google campaign, which is on our client portfolio.
Questions we get asked
Is bulk WhatsApp messaging allowed?
Yes, to people who have opted in, using the WhatsApp Business Platform and message templates WhatsApp has approved. WhatsApp's policy says you may only contact people who have given you their number and agreed to hear from you. Sending to bought lists is not allowed, and we do not do it.
Can I message my existing customer list?
Only the customers who have agreed to receive messages from you on WhatsApp. Having their number from a bill or a booking is not the same as their permission. We can help you ask for it, with a tick box, a QR code or a click-to-chat link, and then send to those who say yes.
How much does bulk WhatsApp messaging cost?
WhatsApp charges per message for the messages a business starts, at a rate that depends on the message type and the country, and it lists the current India rates on its pricing page. We add our own fee for set-up and running the campaigns. We do not publish a price list; after a free first call we quote for your list size and how often you send.
What is the difference between the free WhatsApp Business app and the Platform?
The free app suits a small list that you look after by hand. The Platform is for sending approved templates at larger volume, automating replies and reports, and connecting WhatsApp to your other tools. Most businesses should start with the app and move up when the volume makes it worth it.
Can customers reply, and who answers?
Yes. A reply opens a 24-hour window in which you can answer freely. We can send replies to a person on your team or into your CRM, and set an automatic first response for the hours you are closed.
Can you promise my number will never be restricted?
No one can. What keeps the risk low is what WhatsApp's policy asks for: send only to people who agreed, use approved templates, and respect anyone who asks you to stop. That is how we set up every campaign.
Do you work with businesses outside Mysuru?
Yes. We are based in Mysuru and also work with businesses in Mandya, Chamarajanagar, Hassan and Kodagu (Coorg), mostly online.
