IVR call service in Mysuru (Mysore)

Fauxigent Innovations LLP is an IVR call service in Kuvempu Nagara, Mysuru (Mysore). We set up interactive voice response for businesses: a call menu that answers and routes your callers, missed-call follow-up, appointment and payment reminders, and outbound voice calls run within TRAI's rules, so fewer calls go unanswered and staff spend less time on the same questions.

An IVR is worth having when the same calls come in all day, or when you miss calls you cannot afford to. We also work with businesses in Mandya, Chamarajanagar, Hassan and Kodagu.

What an IVR does

IVR stands for interactive voice response: the caller hears a recorded greeting and presses a key to choose what they need. Done well it answers the common questions and sends the rest to the right person.

  • A call menu

Press 1 for appointments, 2 for timings and directions, 3 to speak to someone. The common questions are answered without a person picking up.

  • Call routing

Calls go to the right person or team, to a mobile at set hours, and to a callback request when nobody is free or the office is closed.

  • Missed-call follow-up

A missed call is logged and can be returned. If the caller agrees by pressing a key, they can also get a WhatsApp message with the answer or a booking link.

  • Reminders and confirmations

Automated voice calls that remind someone of an appointment, a due date or a delivery, and let them confirm by pressing a key.

  • Feedback calls

A short automated call after a visit that asks for a rating, so you hear from people who would never write a review.

  • A log of every call

When calls come in, which options people choose and how each call ended, so you can see what customers ask and when you are missing them.

Where it helps

  • Clinics and dental practices

The front desk answers the same questions about timings and doctors all day. A menu takes those, and reminder calls help with missed appointments.

  • Shops and food businesses

Owners and staff are serving customers when the phone rings. A menu and a missed-call callback stop enquiries being lost.

  • Classes, coaching and services

Batch timings, fee dates and renewals are repeat calls that a recorded answer or a reminder call can carry.

  • Businesses with more than one phone

Sales, support and accounts each get their own option, so callers reach the right person the first time.

The rules for automated calls

In India, calls that promote something and calls that serve an existing customer are treated differently, and getting this wrong can get your numbers blocked. This is how TRAI's rules stood when we last read them in 2026.

  • Registered senders only

TRAI says commercial communication may only take place using registered headers, and it registers the telemarketers that run voice calls. We use registered routes and do not run outbound commercial calls from an unregistered number.

  • Promotion needs explicit consent

TRAI separates promotional communication, which needs the person's explicit consent, from service communication, such as a reminder for something they booked.

  • Promotional calls come from the 140 series

TRAI has directed that promotional calls are made from numbers in the 140 series, not from an ordinary mobile or landline number. Customers can choose to block promotional calls from those numbers by registering on the Do Not Disturb register.

  • What we will not do

We do not set up automated promotional calls to a list of numbers people did not give you, or to numbers on the Do Not Disturb register.

TRAI amended these rules in February 2025 and has kept clarifying them since. Before any outbound campaign we check the current version, and we tell you plainly if a plan does not comply. We are not a law firm: for anything unusual, take advice.

How we set it up

  • 1. Map your calls

Who calls, what they ask, when, and which calls are being lost today.

  • 2. Write the menu and the scripts

Short, with few options, in the languages your callers use. Recordings in Kannada should be checked by a native speaker.

  • 3. Numbers and registration

The number your callers will dial, and for outbound commercial calls the registration and the right number series.

  • 4. Connect it

Staff phones, WhatsApp follow-up and your CRM or booking system, so a call leaves a record.

  • 5. Test, launch, then trim

We call it ourselves before launch, then read the call log after two weeks and cut what nobody uses.

What affects the price

We quote after a free first call and do not publish a price list. These are the things that change the number.

  • Inbound, outbound or both

A call menu for incoming calls is a smaller job than outbound campaigns, which add registration and consent records.

  • How many calls and minutes

Voice traffic is charged by the telecom provider, so volume matters.

  • Numbers and languages

The number series you need, and how many languages the menu is recorded in.

  • Connecting your tools

Sending call outcomes to a CRM, booking system or WhatsApp takes more work than a standalone menu.

Work you can check

We have not published results from IVR or voice-call projects, so there are no figures on this page. What we have published is on our client portfolio; the closest is the WhatsApp booking automation we built for Sri ranga Ayurveda, part of a wider Meta and Google campaign.

Questions we get asked

What is an IVR?

IVR stands for interactive voice response. The caller hears a recorded greeting and presses keys to choose what they need, such as appointments, timings or speaking to a person. It answers common questions and routes the rest.

What is the difference between inbound and outbound IVR?

Inbound handles calls that customers make to you: a menu, routing and missed-call follow-up. Outbound is your business calling customers with a recorded or automated call, such as a reminder or a feedback request. Outbound commercial calls are regulated more closely, so they need registration and consent.

Can you make automated promotional calls to my customer list?

Only to people who have given explicit consent, from registered routes and numbers in the 140 series, and not to numbers on the Do Not Disturb register. If your list was not collected with consent, we will not run promotional calls to it. Reminders for something a customer has booked are treated as service calls and are simpler.

Can a caller get a WhatsApp message after a missed call?

Yes, if they agree to it. WhatsApp's policy requires opt-in before a business messages someone, so the menu can ask the caller to press a key to say yes, and the message is sent only to those who do.

Can the menu be in Kannada?

Yes, in the languages your callers use, Kannada included. We help write short prompts, and we recommend a native speaker checks every recording before launch.

How much does an IVR cost?

It depends on whether it is inbound, outbound or both, how many calls and minutes it carries, the numbers and languages, and what it connects to, so we do not publish a price list. After a free first call we quote for the first version.

Do you work with businesses outside Mysuru?

Yes. We are based in Mysuru and also work with businesses in Mandya, Chamarajanagar, Hassan and Kodagu (Coorg). Most of the set-up is done remotely.

Talk it through first

The first call is free. We ask about your business and what you have tried, then tell you honestly whether we can help. It is a conversation, not an audit, and there is no obligation.
