Where AI helps, and where it does not

AI is useful for drafting replies, sorting enquiries and summarising data. It is a poor fit for decisions that need judgement or accuracy you cannot check. We say which is which before we build, and we keep a person in the loop for anything that affects a customer.

Custom software or an off-the-shelf tool?

If a ready-made tool does most of the job, use it.
